A few words about
La Cazette

Old wine cottage

La Cazette is located on the terraces of a former vineyard in the Gorges des Raspes du Tarn, between the towns of Albi and Millau, in Aveyron. Oak trees now throw their shade on the property. The pretty village of Broquiès is only 1.5 kilometers away. From the terraces you have a beautiful view of the river Tarn and the hills. You reach the water after just a few minutes' walk. You can cool off in the small rapids and of course also swim in the deeper water.

How it started

Lidy and Carli

Lidy was the first to settle on La Cazette. At the time, there was nothing more than a ruin of a small wine cottage. After turning it into a nice house and refurbishing the grounds with planting trees, shrubs and flowering plants, Carli came by for a walk. Soon two children were born and we expanded the small wine cottage into a comfortable house, where the four of us fit in nicely.

Since 1995

Since 2008, we have a small campsite on our idyllically situated site. We have been receiving guests since 1995, mainly for the courses that we organized at the time. We now have six camping spots, four of which are occupied by fully equipped rental tents. We also have a wooden chalet and we have converted a wine house into a comfortable gite.
